All of our team apppreciates the fact that how well thi tool keeps track of my client meetings and organizes all the meeting details in one place. It automatically syncs everything with my calendar which helps a lot because I check it every day. And also, whenever I have a meeting scheduled, it also sends me an SMS reminder so I don't miss anything.

The only downside is that some users may feel the pricing is a bit expensive if they're not able to afford it. Aside from that, the software works perfectly fine.

On paper, the software sounds promising but after buying it you quickly realize it's full of bugs.

The support is absolutely awful and nowhere near what you'd expect from a normal support team. Replies come every 3 to 4 days even when a bug is completely blocking your business. I ran into several major issues that seriously disrupted my operations.. my clients couldn't book appointments for 5 days and support didn't seem concerned at all. Meanwhile, we had to handle upset customers ourselves, apologize constantly and schedule appointments manually even though we were paying for an online tool that was supposed to work. It hurt our image and cost us money on top of everything else.

BookingPress has been an excellent WordPress plugin for handling bookings and project scheduling. The interface looks polished and user-friendly which helps me stay productive while working. It also comes with plenty of integrations, like Google Calendar and PayPal and those have really helped organize my workflow. Overall BookingPress has been a very solid management solution for my needs.

Cons

The functionality feels a little confusing because there are soo many features and integrations included. But still, it's reasonably priced so for this cost, I feel like I'm getting a really capable application.

If I could book multiple appointments in one go, instead of having to complete separate bookings each time, the experience with this tool would be much better for both my clients and me

For now, everything worked the way I expected and I haven't come across anything that feels lacking. Overall it has been good in every aspect for me.
