Pros

One thing we appreciate most is how naturally it supports clear, focused communication without ever feeling intrusive. It does exactly what you want from an instant messenger, quick, reliable and free of unnecessary distractions and it does that really well. The layout is clean and simple so chatting feels effortless instead of buried under extra menus or features we never asked for. We use it constantly for everyday communication, from fast one-on-one questions to busy group conversations and it's dependable enough that we trust it without hesitation. It never tries to steal attention yet it quietly becomes a core part of how our team works which is a big reason we've continued to truly enjoy using it year after year.

There are a few features included that we don't really use but that's not actually a downside for us, just functionality that doesn't play much of a role in our day-to-day use.

Chatting with friends on this has been something I really enjoyed especially because of the features it offers.

Pros

Being able to install it on both Windows and Android is a big plus. Signing up with a valid email address is quite easy and the initial setup is very simple and hassle-free. One of the best parts is the network file-sharing tool which works really well for sending files to other users. There are also plenty of useful newer features, like adding a profile photo that shows your name. On top of that, tech support replied quickly when needed. I also appreciate that we can access a full monthly chat history and share photos, files and other content directly in the chat.

Cons

One downside is that if the software gets corrupted, all contacts and chat history can be lost. The free version is also limited to only three members which feels restrictive. At times, the program hangs or freezes and notifications do not always arrive on time. Replacing group chat with rooms is a bit confusing and some of the newer features were not immediately clear. Remote sharing also does not always work the way it should which can be frustrating.

Pros

Sharing files is quick and convenient and communication works well not only between offices but also across different states. For business, staying in touch with team members and getting fast responses matters a lot and this tool handles that really well. It's accessible on both PC and phone which makes it even more practical. Overall, it's a very powerful communication tool.

Cons

This tool would be even better if more emojis were included. Other than that, I really don't have any complaints so far and genuinely enjoy using it. A few features are limited to enterprise users but aside from that, it's still very useful for offices and businesses in general, at least in my opinion.

In my opinion only one thing that wasn't very convenient was trying to cancel certain messages.

Pros

Messages go through instantly when the other person is online and if they're away, the software clearly marks them as missed once they come back online.

Cons

One limitation is that there's no option to print directly from within the software.
