Pros

Getting this tool in place was convenient and the impact showed up right away. Its native fit with our Stripe workflow meant we were fully up and running in just a few days. Compared with the involuntary churn solutions we used before, it delivered much stronger performance, recovering 51% of failed payments and boosting payment authorization at checkout by 2%. On top of that, the support team has been fantastic, quick to respond and proactive about spotting ways we can improve.

Nothing really comes to mind. We've been extremely pleased with its performance, the partnership and the level of expertise they bring to the payments space.
