“virtual access is great!”

Pros

This software's really helpful.. it lets users access other systems in a virtual way. It made it much easier for me to manage and handle my tasks effectively.

Cons

The UI and UX still have room for improvement and the overall experience could be refined further.

“Great features free of cost”

Pros

It's completely free and that is a huge advantage because it doesn't add any extra costs to the organization. It also brings a lot of flexibility to meeting scheduling and makes things much more manageable for the secretariat.

Haven't come across anything I can say I dislike about C Desk for now. Most of the tasks I need to handle are usually completed with little to no difficulty.

There really isn't anything positive to mention. Requiring a Windows server is already a major limitation on its own.

The interface feels bad, the overall concept is poor, the installation process is unfriendly and the portal is buggy.

It comes with a huge set of built-in features, including a Helpdesk that every department in the organization can actually use. It actually offers alot at a low price... like Asset management, photo gallery, calendars, knowledge base, projects and tasks, surveys and forms, cash voucher management and so much more. its great!!

Dashboards could be more interactive.

Pros

Taskbar notifier and the C-Care administration manual all come together as an all-in-one solution. I like it so far.

One of the best parts has been the customer service. The product is very user-friendly and works as an all-in-one solution. It can replace a traditional intranet setup quite effectively without much hassle.

There aren't many self-learning resources available. The initial setup can be a bit tricky too.

Installation and set up didn't take much effort and using it day to day is pretty simple. It also comes with a lot of customization options, plus extra features like the FTP server which is really useful for storing different documents that users can access when needed.
