At first, the product seemed pretty great but that changed once it became clear the company operated in a really shady way.

Cons

They launched a lifetime deal on AppSumo to bring in funding and promised buyers ongoing updates down the line. After a lot of people purchased it, they moved all AppSumo customers onto a legacy plan and then blocked them from getting access to new features. That's about as bad as it gets for a company that used an AppSumo campaign. I would strongly advise people not to do business with them.

Pros

One thing I really appreciate is being able to add content to platforms where you'd normally need a developer or programmer to handle it. It also comes with useful ready-made blocks and examples and the dashboard feels modern and simple.

Cons

Overall, it's not very user-friendly. The documentation could be better and there aren't enough tutorials which this kind of solution really needs to help clients get up to speed.

There are lots of attractive, ready-to-use UI templates and the real-time preview for my website is really helpful.

The extra block added to my site does slow down the loading speed a bit although it's still acceptable.

Customer support was excellent and very quick to respond. I was struggling to understand the integration side but one Zoom call was all it took for them to guide me through the whole process.

Dealing with the JavaScript, slug tagging and CSS ID details felt a bit overwhelming at first but I got the help I needed. And compared with the issues we ran into using other products, this was actually pretty manageable.

Pros

Everything fits right into the product without feeling out of place. What I create looks like it was built by the dev team themselves and the branding style guide automatically keeps everything consistent and on brand.

Cons

I'd still like it to cover more use cases especially with a feature for multi-step UI changes. I'm also hoping they add CRM integrations like HubSpot so I can pull in customer data directly. They recently released an iframe feature which works as a decent workaround for now for collecting newsletter signups.

Getting started with this tool is very easy. The interface is clean and simple, the learning curve is minimal and it's possible to begin using it right away.

Cons

Since it's still fairly new, the template library isn't very broad yet. That said, they do keep adding new templates over time.
