“Good fit with our file servers

Pros

A big plus for us was that we can keep backward compatibility with existing file servers. It lets organizations add CenterStack into their current setup without needing a disruptive migration or major infrastructure changes.

Cons

I feel the performance was impacted by things like very large files or slower internet connections which caused delays with file syncing and access.

“Impressive AI tools

Pros

Their wide range of AI tools built into the program makes a real difference for us. They help keep the CRM forms accurate and the graphical interface loads in just seconds which makes the whole system feel very efficient. The platform also handles different approaches across projects quite well and supports the use of appropriate new technologies in development.

Cons

The only slight downside is that its informative data collection can be a little slow at times.

It serves as shared storage for the team though not without issues.

Cons

It needs frequent maintenance and has to rebuild the client cache regularly, the billing situation is really troubling. They also overcharged our company accounts by thousands of dollars.

File storage gave our company a real boost in employee mobility cuz now our team can store files in the cloud within the intelligence community environment and access them on mobile devices. All while keeping the right security permissions in place.

Getting everything set up at the beginning took a little time but it was manageable..

So they have a combination of strong file server security and cloud mobility features that makes it a really solid option for file collaboration.. more so for large organizations with teams working across different geographic locations.

There's a slight hiccup when too many people try to open or work on the same document at the same time.

Sharing data or content with others remotely is really convenient with this tool. The transfer speed is good and the whole thing is quite simple to use.

A good tool. Whenever we need to send customer data to the offshore team, this tool lets us share it without exposing sensitive information which has been really effective for us.

The software gets slow and can even hang when trying to access large amounts of data stored in the cloud.

“Good for collaboration

Pros

This software made a lot of things easier for us.. like setting up user invites, creating groups and assigning them to folders. It gave us a solid way to prototype cloud collaboration in the higher education space. The external and internal sharing features are especially important and definitely needed for this kind of use case.

Cons

It doesn't have a text chat built in although I get the sense that may not really fit within the product's current direction or intended scope.

Support can be a bit slow at times when an issue comes up.

Does a really good job of keeping things secure and confidential which makes it a strong option for sharing or storing sensitive information.

The login experience could be better since it doesn't feel as smooth as it should.
