“Flexible team scheduling”
Pros
Getting this platform up and running as an admin has been very easy and it's simple to manage day to day. It offers a broad set of configuration options right out of the box so there's been no real need for custom development. The support and service have also been excellent which has made the overall experience even better. One feature that has been especially useful is the Team Schedule view in Projects--it gives a clear, single-screen view of all project assignments which makes workloads much easier to understand and manage.
Cons
More powerful documentation options would be really beneficial and definitely appreciated.

“Salesforce project visibility”
Pros
It has been a positive experience because it integrates easily with Salesforce and creates a unified way to manage projects. It gives real-time insight into project performance and how resources are being used. The automation tools also help a lot by simplifying time tracking, billing and approvals which improves overall efficiency. We use it regularly and the customer support has been consistently reliable.
Cons
Getting everything set up can be complicated at times and often takes great product knowledge. The interface may also feel overwhelming for new users if they have not had proper training. On top of that some customizations still need developer assistance which can reduce flexibility for admins.

“simple data structure”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is how simple the data architecture is, with objects connected through clear, logical relationships. As a data analyst supporting the team that works in it, that setup makes reporting much more manageable.
Cons
A frustrating part is how hard it can be to quickly find answers to issues online. Since we have a lot of custom objects, handling updates also turns into a fairly complicated process.

“Strong integration”
Pros
Right away the biggest advantage has been how simple this platform is to set up and start using especially because it integrates natively with Salesforce. It gives us the full benefit of Salesforce functionality and most things can be handled in just a few clicks through a clean, user-friendly interface. The UI feels simple so both new users and experienced team members can move around it without much effort. It brings time tracking, resource management and project management together in one scalable system which has been really valuable for us. The implementation process was easy, it scales well as our business needs change and the customer support has been excellent. At this point, it's a key part of our day-to-day operations and gets used regularly across multiple teams.
Cons
I've noticed that page loading can be quite slow so there's still room for improvement in certain areas.

“Powerful PSA support”
Pros
It handles nearly everything a company would need to manage strong customer relationships. The newer additions to Time Entry, in particular, have been excellent. It's very user-friendly and even someone new who isn't familiar with the PSA architecture can pick it up pretty quickly. I've rolled out PSA for several customers and the implementation process has been fairly easy each time. On top of that, the customer support from Certenia has been outstanding. Overall, I'd definitely recommend using PSA.
Cons
One area that could make this tool even better would be adding some completely new objects. I've noticed that quite a few customers end up creating customizations in PSA so it would be helpful if Certenia looked into the kinds of modifications their customers are making. That could give them useful ideas for future enhancements.

Pros
Working with this tool has been very easy since it runs on the Salesforce platform. It comes with useful features for handling staff, customers, projects, financials and more and the customer support is also very responsive. Implementation was simple and integrating it with other applications didn't take much effort either. It is also very fast in day-to-day use.
Cons
At this point I really haven't come across any drawbacks.

“great services visibility”
Pros
Having real-time insight into project financials, resource usage and time tracking all inside the Salesforce ecosystem makes this very efficient for services teams.
Cons
A frequent frustration is how complex it can be especially for new users facing a steep learning curve. Its high level of configurability is definitely powerful but it also means setup, customization and troubleshooting can take a lot of time.

“Clear planner and Gantt tools”
Pros
Both the Planner and Gantt view is really useful because they give users a much more detailed picture of what's going on. The use of lightning components is also a nice advantage. On top of that, the feature preview webinars do a good job of helping you understand what's coming in the latest releases.
Cons
One downside is that the Product Support team can be slow to respond. There are also times when information on certain topics feels limited or missing.

“Smart workspaces and resourcing”
Pros
One thing that really works well is the Workspace setup especially how it's tailored to the common services roles like Project Manager, Resource and others. It's very configurable so each user can sign in and immediately land on a page that shows exactly what matters most to them. From that single view, they can move around quickly, check the reports or dashboard components they use most, review their schedule, enter time, approve time and handle other tasks without jumping all over the system. It's also a very strong resourcing tool, particularly for Resource Managers in larger organizations that need to fill requests fast and efficiently every day. The suggested resource feature is excellent and the filtering options make it much easier to identify the right person based on skills, certifications and other criteria.
Cons
The most common limitations I run into have to do with scheduling especially when trying to integrate it properly and accurately with outside tools like Outlook Calendar. Another challenge is the Gantt page layout which many customers do not like at first because it can be hard to find enough screen space to view all the data columns and the Gantt calendar visual at the same time. That said, with the right training and regular use, most users eventually adjust to the layout and become more comfortable with it.
