“Real time support but connectivity challenges”
Pros
During customer support sessions, this has been really useful especially when someone gets stuck trying to move around our website or finish a specific task. Rather than walking them through every step in chat, I can guide them directly on their screen in real time which makes everything much faster and more efficient. It's been especially valuable for new users or people who aren't very technical and may struggle with written instructions. It cuts down on the back-and-forth and often helps us solve the issue in a single session.
Cons
At times, the session can feel a little slow or laggy, particularly when either the customer or the agent has an unstable internet connection. That definitely affects how fluid the experience feels. On top of that some customers are hesitant at first when invited into a cobrowsing session because of privacy concerns so we usually need to spend a little extra time explaining how it works and reassuring them before they're comfortable continuing.

“Excellent co-browsing support”
Pros
The co-browsing solution is really the standout feature here and their support team has been excellent as well.

“Sticky notes for reading”
Pros
Having sticky notes right on the page during a session is something I really enjoy. It makes it much more convenient to capture thoughts and keep track of important details while reading.
Cons
One downside is that the platform can slow down when I'm working with more complex web pages which can interrupt the flow a bit.

“Quick remote support”
Pros
Being able to instantly view a customer's screen and guide them through fixes is a huge plus especially since there's no complicated setup involved.

“Clean interface and setup”
Pros
Right away, the best part is how easy the whole platform feels. The interface is clean and very simple for both agents and customers, sessions start fast and moving through the tool feels natural. Agents can begin co-browsing in just a few clicks and customers don't have to install or download anything which removes a lot of friction. Setup is also very simple. All it takes is adding a JavaScript snippet to your site and if you already use Google Tag Manager, it becomes even faster. It can be running in less than a day without needing much technical help. Integration is another strong point since it fits well into most websites and can be configured to activate only on certain pages. It also works nicely with analytics tools like Google Analytics and alongside existing live chat platforms. Support has been helpful overall even if response times during implementation or troubleshooting could be a bit quicker. That said, the documentation is clear enough to handle most common issues. It's a tool teams will likely use often if they provide web-based support or onboarding especially in sales, customer service or technical support when customers get stuck in more complicated web flows. I also appreciate that it isn't packed with unnecessary extras. It stays focused on doing its core job well and features like sticky notes, field masking, view-only versus control modes and session recording offer a really great balance of functionality and simplicity.
Cons
Honestly, I haven't run into any complaints or disadvantages that made me question how it works. If anything, the experience has been excellent from start to finish.

“instant browser support”
Pros
Getting started is very easy and that's one of the biggest benefits. Since it runs entirely in the browser, both agents and customers can jump into a session right away without downloading or installing anything. That makes the whole process feel convenient, saves time and removes a lot of the usual technical hassle.
Cons
The trade-off is that its use is limited to the browser. While that can be better from a security standpoint, it also means it can't help with anything outside the website itself, such as desktop apps, operating system settings or other software on the user's computer. When an issue goes beyond the browser, you'll usually need a different tool, like screen sharing.

“Better live support visibility”
Pros
Watching the customer's screen in real time is the part that stands out most to me. It cuts out the back-and-forth of long explanations and screenshots so resolving issues feels much quicker and more natural. The chat integration also helps everything flow better making live support sessions feel connected and efficient.
Cons
At times, it does feel a bit laggy or slow to respond especially when usage is high. It also has some trouble with dynamic website elements which can make supporting customers on more complex sites more difficult. On top of that, the setup and integration process can require technical help which may not be ideal for smaller teams.

“Fast setup and conversions”
Pros
Getting started with it took almost no time and it's been a real time-saver ever since. We were able to begin using it right away which made both our sales and support calls run much more smoothly. It also cut out the annoying back-and-forth of walking people through extra steps. The fact that there's nothing to download has made a big difference to the customer experience and that has clearly helped improve our sales conversion rates.
Cons
It does exactly what we need it to do. If I had to point out one small thing, having a few more advanced customization options would be a nice addition but even without that, it's still a very great tool.

“Live chat support boost”
Pros
Having live chat built in has made a big difference for us. I can jump right into a customer's browser and guide them in real time which feels a lot like being their personal tech coach. The interaction is natural and I really appreciate that clients don't have to install anything to get help. It has truly been a game-changer making support sessions faster, more convenient and much more personal.
Cons
There's nothing major to complain about. The only thing I've noticed is that screen sharing can lag at times especially when clients are on slower internet connections but it's definitely not a deal breaker.

“helpful guided sessions”
Pros
The part I appreciate most is how useful it is during guided sessions and collaborative browsing. It does the job well and feels simple overall.
Cons
One thing that can be frustrating is usability when a website has complex dynamic content. In those cases some interactive elements do not always stay perfectly in sync on both sides of the session unless extra adjustments are made. Getting started is usually easy but more advanced scenarios, such as custom page rules, dynamic content handling or SPA support, need developer input and more detailed setup. The default installation does not always feel fully ready to go with modern frameworks.

“Real-time support”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages of Co-browsing is how simple it is for both our team and the customer to use. There's no need for downloads or screen sharing so we can instantly view exactly what the customer sees and walk them through things in real time. It speeds up support a lot and takes away much of the frustration especially when someone gets stuck on checkout pages or forms.
Cons
Every now and then there's a small delay when launching a co-browsing session, particularly during busy traffic periods. It would also be useful to have more detailed analytics or reporting tools for training purposes. Nothing serious but a few minor upgrades would make it even stronger.

“Amazing client support”
Pros
It's been incredibly helpful. It lets the sales team highlight the best parts of our services to clients around the world while also helping customer support assist customers more efficiently. On top of that, clients can find the solutions they need much faster than before which really helps build trust and long-term loyalty.

“Faster collaborative support”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how much faster issue resolution has become thanks to the real-time collaboration. Being able to browse the web together with customers as problems come up makes troubleshooting much more efficient. It also improves the customer experience because the support feels more personalized, with better guidance throughout the process. Overall, it cuts down support time and helps resolve issues quickly.
Cons

“quick and private browser sessions”
Pros
I really appreciate that nothing needs to be downloaded. It runs right in the browser so I can get a client session started in seconds without any install steps getting in the way. It's also very easy for developers to work with and if needed, setting up a chatbot and connecting it to this is pretty simple too. The privacy controls also seem very strong which is a big plus.
Cons
Just keep in mind that this is a co-browsing tool, not a screen-sharing tool. If a client leaves the page, you shouldn't expect to keep seeing their full screen.

“accurate analytics and training”
Pros
Getting the script onto a website through Google Tag Manager is pretty easy even without involving a developer. It also lets you add managers and handle basic access permissions. We use it to train people on how to work with our custom CRM and it has noticeably sped up a lot of our processes. The integration with Google Analytics and custom reporting is useful as well and being able to track manager activity adds a lot of value.
Cons
Support could definitely be better. We ran into a few bugs on more complex pages and the responses from the support team were slow. There also isn't much flexibility for customization. It's not very clear on which pages a user is allowed to do certain actions or submit replies. On top of that, the price feels high especially since we're using the product internally.

“Secure screen sharing”
Pros
A few things really stand out about this software. It feels very fast and convenient to use and customers can share their screens with support agents without hassle. Since everything happens in real time, it cuts down a lot of friction during support interactions. Security is another big plus especially the strong focus on privacy. I appreciate that it automatically masks customer passwords while screens are being shared which helps build trust. It also allows support agents to guide customers virtually while they fill out forms or complete other steps. For my industry, stock broking, that has been a very good fit.
Cons
There are a couple of limitations that have been frustrating. The software only allows support agents to operate within the website and there is no option to access the full desktop. Because of that, my team runs into problems whenever the issue goes beyond the website itself. It also does not perform equally well across every site. Websites that rely heavily on JavaScript, iframes or dynamic content can be less reliable and do not always work properly. On top of that, we have noticed delays and lag at times while resolving issues when the Wi-Fi connection is slow. A strong internet connection is definitely necessary for it to work well.

“Real-time support”
Pros
Real-time collaboration lets users and support agents move through the same web page together. That makes communication clearer, speeds things up and helps improve customer satisfaction because support can be given directly without giving up user privacy. The interface is user-friendly and its flexibility across different industries makes it a very useful tool for customer support.
Cons
A few downsides come with it, including technical hiccups like lag or connection issues, plus a bit of a learning curve for people who are less comfortable with technology. There can also be privacy concerns around sharing on-screen activity and it may not work perfectly with every browser. On top of that, it depends on having a stable internet connection and some users might find having an agent present on the page a little distracting.

“Fast secure co-browsing”
Pros
Handling customer support and remote assistance has been much better with this tool. The real-time collaboration works really well and it lets me guide customers directly on their screens without asking them to install anything or deal with plugins. It also connects nicely with existing systems so onboarding feels very convenient. The privacy controls are one of my favorite parts because everything feels secure and no sensitive data is exposed unless it is intentionally shared. The interface is very user-friendly and starting a co-browsing session happens quickly.
Cons
There are times when it struggles with more complex web applications or highly dynamic content. The pricing also feels a bit high for small teams or businesses and the response time from customer support can be slow.

“effortless remote onboarding”
Pros
Being a fully remote team at economyx.AI, we use it to onboard new hires and it's been very efficient for that. Most of the features feel quite simple and by using it regularly on specific webpages, we were able to understand how the functionality works without much trouble.
Cons
I'd still like to see more guidance around the different use cases it supports especially for situations like how it should be set up for an IT department, for example.
