Pros

Using it feels very easy and the response speed is one of its biggest strengths. Because the feature set is fairly limited, the interface stays clean and uncluttered, without too many options or distractions. It also includes an API which is a nice plus.

Cons

One temporary issue, in my view, is that the product is expanding quickly and most of the attention seems to be going into building it out. As a result, customer information, support and documentation appear to receive less focus than product development. Another clear drawback is the hallucination problem, the bot can produce a completely incorrect answer while sounding extremely polished and confident which can understandably put people off. And while the simplicity is appealing, it also means the platform only fits a limited number of use cases.

One thing I really appreciate is being able to train the bot using all of my own assets.

I do wish the AI handled my spreadsheets and calendars more effectively. Right now, I end up converting them into PDFs and MS Word files just to squeeze some usable information out for the bot.

The pricing is the sticking point for me. It feels a little too expensive considering the number of credits included in each plan.

What really stands out is how simple it is to bring sources into the bot. It loads fast and I also appreciate that it supports a wide range of resource types to add.

At the same time, the bot can be a bit inaccurate now and then. For instance, it occasionally invents URLs using our domain and that can end up misleading some users.
