It was a pleasant surprise because the setup was incredibly fast. There was no long, drawn-out implementation process and within minutes we were already up and running and collecting critical insights about our clients.

Honestly, the only downside is that it took us this long to discover it.

Pros
Getting started was very simple. We just added a small code snippet and the data began flowing right away. The dashboard also gives us a solid view of how our clients are doing.
Cons
I'd like to see a built-in option for running surveys and polls.
