“Dependable software”
Pros
Day to day, this software has been exactly what I need for keeping up with the details of different client relationships and interactions. The standout benefit is the Gmail integration since every email thread with a client is automatically added to that client's profile. That's been a huge backup whenever things get busy and I don't have time to enter notes manually because I can still go back and review the email history to see the full picture of each interaction. Overall, it's just a very dependable platform.
Cons
Sometimes it can feel like there are almost too many tracking features available. Normally that wouldn't be a bad thing but if you try to use everything the platform offers, updating data can start to feel overwhelming. I've noticed that having so many options can actually slow down the habit of making updates because it begins to feel like too much effort and ends up working against the goal so that's something to watch out for.

“Focused tools that keep teams aligned”
Pros
It gives us exactly what we need without piling on extra features or unnecessary bells and whistles that end up being distracting. A lot of other platforms overwhelm CSMs with too many options which can lead to confusion and make it harder to stay focused.
Cons
I'd still like the ability to set up alerts and escalation paths on our own instead of depending on the ClientSuccess team to handle that for us. It sounds like that's already on their roadmap.

“Huge timesaver”
Pros
Having it connect automatically with my inbox has been a huge time-saver since I don't need to manually log every email interaction into ClientSuccess. The ability to customize my dashboard is also really useful and the success cycles and pulses are simple to work with.
Cons
One area that could be better is the frequency of logouts. If a tab sits unused for a while, the platform signs me out so I can end up logging back in several times during the same day which gets time-consuming. It would also help if the main customer information tiles were more user-friendly and quicker to access since they can be unclear at times and editing them feels a bit drawn out. I'd also appreciate more training or communication around new updates and features so I can make sure I'm using everything available effectively.

“They are open to feedback”
Pros
It pulls in data from both our software and Salesforce which makes everything much more connected for us. The platform is also simple to navigate and the team is consistently open to feedback and ideas on how they can keep improving the product.
Cons
The analytics side still has a bit of room to grow but to be fair, they already have a beta tool that looks like it will address that. Aside from that, I'm really happy with it overall.

“Handy email sync within CS engagements”
Pros
Keeping tabs on customer engagements and overall customer Pulse is one of the biggest benefits for me. It gives a clear snapshot of where each account stands and what its current status is. Another feature I really appreciate is the email sync within CS engagements since messages to and from customers stay attached to the account and don't get lost if a CSM transitions away from it. SuccessCycles has also been especially valuable, particularly for new customers, onboarding workflows that CSMs can follow and for accounts dealing with admin turnover or showing signs of risk.
Cons
Would like to see more progress when it comes to automation. There's room to get more out of the platform in terms of communication and reaching customers by email who are outside our usual day-to-day touchpoints. At times, the data also doesn't seem very sticky and we've run into issues with Pulses not remaining updated accurately.

“Appealing interface”
Pros
The interface is pleasant to look at and includes everything I need in a CSM role. It's definitely more useful when management provides clear direction on certain areas like what belongs in the summary field and how different pulse ratings should be defined.
Cons
We've run into some issues getting the Salesforce sync to work exactly the way we want although that may partly be on our side. We also probably overcomplicated things with too many custom fields and overly detailed customer onboarding cycles.

“All client details unified”
Pros
Having all relevant client information in one place makes everything much easier to locate and manage. The reporting features are especially useful and I really appreciate how emails sync with client contacts. It gives us a single source of truth for all client information. On top of that, the customer service has been excellent.
Cons
At this point, there really isn't anything I dislike about this software.

“Multiple options and windows”
Pros
Moving between different clients in the CS system is very simple. It's also really useful having multiple options and windows for adding and viewing customer information.
Cons
Quite often, I end up having to open it in an Incognito window because it won't load in my regular Chrome browser, probably due to all the stored cookies and cache.

“Simple to track client interactions”
Pros
Keeping up with client interactions is really simple with this software and updating records doesn't take much effort. The Gmail integration is especially useful since it automatically logs entire email threads with clients which makes it simple for anyone opening the account to get up to speed on the latest conversations right away. That integration is excellent.
Cons
Setting reminders and follow-up tasks could be more user-friendly and simpler to understand.

“Well-organized interface”
Pros
It has a clean, well-structured interface that makes setting up workflows simple and helps keep the customer success team organized and efficient.
Cons
Updates don't sync correctly. I've changed account details like a client name, saved them and then seen the old name show back up later. It's also difficult to integrate it in a way that gives us clear product usage metrics inside ClientSuccess which makes it harder to spot risk and identify expansion opportunities.
