Worth every penny!

Pros

It is a great product and the team provided excellent support during the software implementation across our platforms.

Cons

So far I have not noticed any weaknesses. And I am confident that as AI continues to develop the quality of initial responses will only improve.

Fantastic tool backed by a great team

Pros

The setup assistance was professional. They quickly addressed any questions we had and it is easy to use and update as information changes.

Cons

There is nothing to mention. As I mentioned earlier I really liked how responsive the team was during the setup phase and how quickly they were available for calls to address my questions.

Easy to set up and enhanced ticket processing

Pros

Adding CoSupport Agent to our system was easy. The AI assistant did not disrupt our workflow and actually made our support team more efficient. Plus the clear pricing and simple communication from it made planning and setup hassle free.

Cons
