“Incredible features”
Pros
Every feature has been excellent. One thing I really appreciate is that tenants can report their payments to the credit bureaus.
Cons
Nothing to complain about right now. The software has been excellent.

“Responsive support team”
Pros
It handles exactly what we need for scheduling demos and calls. Instead of going back and forth over email trying to land on a time, we can just send a link and let people book. It clears up any timezone confusion, helps prevent double-bookings and connects smoothly with Zoom so a meeting room is always ready. It also sends reminders for upcoming appointments which cuts down on those annoying no-shows. On top of that, the interface looks nice and is simple for prospects to use so we feel totally comfortable sharing our CozyCal links with anyone.
Cons
Haven't faced any issues yet. The team is also very responsive about adding new features customers ask for.

“Clean UI and phenomenal support”
Pros
Right away, it's clean interface felt polished and professional and it's something I'm genuinely happy to share with people when they need to book meetings with me. The support team has also been outstanding. We switched from Google Hangouts to Zoom and after I sent in a request for CozyCal to generate Zoom invite links, they rolled it out within about 24 to 48 hours. That kind of response time is impressive and the product keeps improving.
Cons
Early on, there wasn't really a strong option for managing a company-wide account where people could book different meeting types across the whole organization like a sales demo with one person or an interview with someone else. They've started building out that use case recently though and it's getting better fast.

“Great for scheduling”
Pros
Getting started with it was quick and the interface feels very user-friendly. It has been a real lifesaver for scheduling appointments and the setup process was simple. On top of that, the customer service has been excellent whenever I needed help.
Cons
it only supports Google Calendars which can be restrictive. It also runs into bugs and glitches more often than I'd like.

“Custom branding and timezone relief”
Pros
It takes care of booking meetings with people visiting our website automatically which has been really helpful. There are plenty of useful ways to tailor the branding, forms and email messages and it also removes a lot of the hassle that usually comes with managing different time zones.
Cons
Something that could be better is having scheduled meetings show up consistently on the participant's calendar since that doesn't always happen and seems to depend on the email provider they use. Setting up availability can also get a bit confusing at times especially when coordinating multiple team members across different time zones.

“Packed with features”
Pros
This tool feels user-friendly, with a modern, clean layout that makes it pleasant to work in. It comes packed with plenty of features and a lot of useful functionality so it handles scheduling needs really well.
Cons
Because there are so many features, it can take a little time at the beginning to learn how everything works. Once that learning curve is out of the way though, the scheduling functionality is very extensive.

“Efficient scheduling”
Pros
From both the admin side and the customer side, this software is very user-friendly and simple to work with.
Cons
Some competing scheduling tools seem to offer a bit more customization but aside from that, this one has been extremely efficient.

“Highly recommended!”
Pros
The setup didn't take much effort at all. The experience feels smooth on both the user side and the admin side which makes the whole platform really pleasant to work with. I'd definitely recommend it.
Cons
There really isn't much to complain about. Obviously, not everything can be free so my only wish is that it cost nothing. Other than that, it's an overall excellent product.

“Clean layout and handy google integration”
Pros
The interface feels friendly and has a well-organized layout which makes it simple for users to read through and leave reviews. On the admin side, the backend is also very user-friendly and the Google account integration makes filling out any kind of form much more convenient for users.
Cons
The free plan could be more flexible since I need fewer appointment limits and more than one service per month. Once the number of services goes beyond three, that's usually the point where it starts making sense to think about paying for a monthly plan.

“Works well with Wordpress”
Pros
Right out of the box, it integrated with WordPress without any trouble. My client was also able to adjust the backend to match exactly what they wanted.
Cons
Custom styling the boxes turned out to be a bit tricky which made it harder to get the exact look my client was after.

“Clean calendar integration”
Pros
Integrating with Google Calendar was the biggest thing I needed and it handled that quickly without any hassle. It's free to set up and start using which matters a lot for startups that aren't sure how heavily online scheduling will be used but still want to make it available to clients. Adding it to WordPress or pretty much any other website was simple and the widget has a modern design with color options that help it fit in nicely with almost any site theme.
Cons
The one addition I'd really appreciate is a dedicated scheduling page instead of only having the floating widget option. It would be helpful to have some HTML or embed code I could paste onto my own page, then link directly to it from places like an email signature for faster access.
