Pros

One of the best parts has been how responsive and helpful the support team is. The platform gives me a clear view of customer health trends and feature adoption and the Slack alerts make it much simpler to see how customers are engaging with the product so we can deliver a better experience. Getting everything set up in the beginning was easy too.

Cons

An added integration would make the experience even better especially when it comes to getting more value out of the playbooks feature.
