“Remote support features I rely on”
Pros
One feature I use all the time is transferring files between my local machine and the remote desktop and being able to run command-line tasks directly from the control panel is also really helpful.
Cons
Honestly the functions work well for day-to-day IT support so I don't have any real complaints.
