Pros

This platform brings together a lot of useful marketing features, including chatbots for customer support, pop-ups to grow email lists, a knowledge base, email marketing automation and more. Getting started was fairly simple because of the starter guide, playbooks, templates, video tutorials and knowledge base. The interface is also clean and easy which makes it pleasant to use.

Cons

Knowledge base design still has some room for improvement and I am not really a fan of the thin-line icons used in the backend.
