“Multilingual support”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is being able to offer customer support in multiple languages within a short amount of time. The responses it generates are fairly good and it does a helpful job of gathering the basic details needed to solve a customer's issue before the case is passed on to an agent.
Cons
Multiple languages have to be added on separately instead of being included by default. We also ran into problems when trying to link the chat cases generated by the system to the correct customer account using the email address provided.

“Fast setup and solid automation”
Pros
Right after rolling it out, the chatbot was able to understand user intent really well and we managed to automate more than 80% of our incoming queries. Getting everything live took less than a week which was impressive. The drag-and-drop builder also makes it simple to create an enterprise-level customer support bot.
Cons
Nothing to complain about at the moment. The product keeps getting better with new features being added regularly.
