Pros

Ease of use stands out first for me, followed by the way data is presented. Customers often prefer to see information in different formats and this software gives me the flexibility to adjust how the data appears.

Cons

Customer ideas and requests are coming in more frequently and I'd like to see those changes implemented faster. That said, it's a good challenge to have because it shows customers appreciate the tool and want to get even more from it.

The tool is easy for me to use and the customer support is also excellent whenever I need assistance.

If I had to choose one thing I like least, it would be that I wish the software made it easier to profile our current cost and performance state.

What I enjoy most is the interactive presentation style. I can make changes as I go which keeps everyone involved instead of making the presentation feel like a typical PowerPoint.

When I created my business cases in August 2018, there were only a few pre-built options and they didn't cover all of the McAfee solutions as far as I remember.

Customers are especially impressed by the what-if analysis. Seeing the financial impact of current usage and potential future usage makes the value much easier for them to understand.

The lack of portability can be frustrating because customers want an easier way to share slides.
