Pros

Customers feel well taken care of because they can get the answers they need quickly. The system's strong problem-solving capabilities and excellent interface make a real difference for us. I also like having multimodal access since agents can choose the option that works best for them.

Cons

Honestly, I can't think of anything I particularly liked. My experience with it only lasted about a year and a half.
