“Highly dynamic platform”
Pros
Using it felt very simple and the platform was highly dynamic with plenty of customization options. On top of that, it integrated well with a wide range of third-party tools which made it even more useful.
Cons
There were times when the product included more features than we actually needed although that's not the worst problem to run into. I'd suggest users map out their required feature list in advance so any unnecessary tools or functions can be turned off.
