Pros

For one of my clients, I came across this platform while they were going through rapid growth. Their challenge was scaling customer support without lowering service quality. The generative AI support platform helped us address that quickly and we also saw sales growth by offering 24/7 customer service without needing employees available around the clock. For large and fast-growing businesses, I see it as a strong option.

Cons

So far, I haven't found any drawbacks. We're really impressed with the software and look forward to using it more extensively.
