“incredibly capable system”

Pros

Whenever I need to report on computers or users or take action on them, it is almost always the answer. It genuinely feels incredibly capable like there's very little it can't handle. I really appreciate how comprehensive it is and how much it has supported me in my role as a systems administrator.

Cons

I wouldn't say there's anything I dislike about the software itself. My frustration was more with how Goverlan Reach replaced Goverlan Manager. I had built quite a few custom actions and was hoping they would transfer over without much trouble but they didn't. I contacted Goverlan support and they responded quickly although the suggestions they gave me weren't especially clear or useful at the time. That said, I can admit I was probably a bit inexperienced and maybe even somewhat lazy in how I took their advice. In the end, recreating those custom actions in Goverlan Reach probably isn't too difficult.

“simple to customize”

Pros

It's fast to use and simple to customize which makes working with it really convenient.

Cons

Our IT team hasn't raised any complaints.

“Saves hours on admin work”

Pros

Handling everyday admin work takes far less effort with this software and the built-in automations cover a big part of our company's installation and maintenance tasks. Deployment is also very simple and overall it ends up saving us a lot of working hours.

Cons

The first-time setup can be a little complex when you're trying to configure everything to match all of your needs exactly as expected. We'd also really like to see more ready-made automations included.
