“Fast setup and reliable automation”
Pros
Running this for our Amazon US and Canada stores has been a really positive experience. The setup is very simple, it doesn't require any technical background and it can be connected within minutes. Building the email templates takes a bit of time at first but the process itself is still simple. Their customer support has been excellent and always available when help is needed. They also stay on top of Amazon's constantly changing communication policies which is a big plus. Once everything is configured and the automation is switched on, it pretty much takes care of itself.
Cons
The only downside for us is the pricing. It feels a little expensive, especially since tracking reviews for a large number of ASINs requires paying extra.

The only thing it offers is a free trial but it ended up causing problems so I wouldn't trust it.
Cons
I was pulled in by all the glowing reviews posted on blogs and signed up for the free trial, then connected my Amazon account. By the very next day, the app had started blasting all of my buyers with a huge number of low-quality, generic review request emails. It never asked me which products should be included, when the messages should go out or what the message should actually say. It even sent those review requests to customers who had already refunded their orders. Because of that, one refund customer got confused and left a low-rating review on my item. That ended up costing me real business. I reached out to their customer service to complain and got absolutely no response. They helped create negative reviews for my account so this review is me returning the favor.

“Helpful free plan and templates”
Pros
Having a free option makes this product hard to complain about. It comes with some really awesome templates and includes a lot of features. If you're just getting started, this is a solid program to use and I'd recommend sending suggestions to customer service if you want to see improvements.
Cons
The font was very small and difficult to read.
