Pros
It is the most complete support ticketing solution I've come across. It lets me chat with my customers online and help them day to day which has been very useful. The integration with Infusionsoft has also helped us a lot. It's a very solid option for any business.
Cons
At the same time, FuseDesk's features feel a bit limited and the pricing seems to need constant reconsideration.
