“Fast, helpful content generator”
Pros
Using it has been a very simple experience. It delivers clear, useful AI content quickly which saves time and helps make day-to-day tasks more efficient.
Cons
The free plan feels somewhat limited in terms of features so it's harder to fully try out everything the platform offers without upgrading.

“All my reviews in one place”
Pros
Having reviews pulled in from multiple sites and shown together has been really helpful. It's also convenient to have a single link I can send to clients when I want to collect new reviews.
Cons
Navigating the site can be a bit confusing when I'm trying to find something. It's only a minor issue though since I usually end up locating what I need after a few clicks.

“Easy to set up”
Pros
Setting it up and getting it running was incredibly simple. I originally picked it up on Appsumo back when it was still named Grab Your Reviews and one thing that really stood out was how flexible it was. It worked with WordPress as well as regular HTML5 pages so I was able to use it across pretty much all of my projects.
Cons
My biggest frustration was back in the earlier days of the product. The widget style I actually wanted had a note on it saying something along the lines of "Coming Soon", I don't remember the exact wording and that option didn't end up arriving for something like two years. The good part is that it's available now and does exactly what I needed. Beyond that, the only other concern I have is the sense that the creator may be thinking about taking the platform in a broader direction and adding features beyond the core functionality that already makes it so useful to me.

“Centralized platform for reviews”
Pros
Having all of my review sites connected in one centralized platform saves me a lot of time. It also makes the review process much more convenient for my customers since they get a text or email prompt to leave feedback right after the job is finished.
Cons
The setup was a bit confusing at first because I manage several businesses. I originally signed up using the domain for my main company but that caused all of the other businesses to be tied to that same domain as well. After I understood that limitation, I chose to buy a separate domain specifically to use with the app.

“Helps build online presence”
Pros
There are lots of different ways to collect reviews and turn them into social proof online which makes building an online presence feel very accessible with very few obstacles.
Cons
Review gating feels a little too simple to set up without enough safeguards. Since gating reviews can be risky and could even lead to bans from review platforms, it really should be impossible to do or at least much harder.

“Ability to share reviews on social media”
Pros
I really enjoy the ability to share the reviews I receive on social media and that's definitely my favorite part of the platform.
Cons
The dashboard graphics could use a refresh but it's honestly not a big issue and I haven't noticed any other real downsides.

“Wonderful website widgets”
Pros
After a couple of years with it, the website widgets are still the standout feature for me. They drop right into my site without any hassle and I can adjust the design and messaging in only a few clicks so everything lines up with each client's branding. Sending review requests is just as simple. I can personalize the message, launch it in seconds and from there the process is basically hands-off. The platform updates also consistently feel well considered and genuinely useful so staying up to date never turns into downtime or extra frustration.
Cons
Honestly, there aren't many real downsides to mention. It has felt polished and reliable for such a long time that I can't really point to anything major I don't like. The one thing I'd still love to see is a mobile app.

“Review requests made simple”
Pros
Getting reviews from clients used to be one of the hardest parts for me and this software has really simplified that process. The feature I use the most is the drip email setup.
Cons
I'd still love to see direct API integration so more of the process could be automated. Right now I'm relying on Zapier and it does the job well. I also think the UI could be improved a bit so it's easier to find where things are.

“Handy review automation”
Pros
Once everything is configured, it more or less automates the process of sending online review requests. It also does a good job of helping track incoming reviews and assists with writing responses.
Cons
The centralized dashboard is useful but it would work much better if it showed a summary for all office locations on one page instead of making you click into each location manually to check status. I also really wish it pulled in company responses directly on the dashboard. Sometimes I reply in Google Maps or through another review-monitoring app like Levitate but GiveMe5 seems to only display the company response if it was posted through GiveMe5 itself. Otherwise, the app makes it look like no response has been made even when one actually has.

“Automation that saves time”
Pros
Having automation built into it has been a huge help. It takes a lot off my plate, especially when clients choose to have me manage their account for them.
Cons
I'd still like to see an automated trial setup. Right now, I have to create each trial account manually.

“Effective way to get high-quality reviews”
Pros
After we finish a job, this has been a really effective way to get more high-quality reviews from our customers. We just add their name, email and phone number and the software takes care of the rest.
Cons
I don't have any complaints. It's very simple to use, handles most of the process for us, follows up automatically and we've definitely seen an increase in reviews since we started using it.

Pros
It connects smoothly with Zapier, QuickBooks and Jobber which keeps workflows running efficiently and accurately. A strong pick for multi-digit professionals who care about precision and saving time.
Cons
A few integrations are still missing right now but compatibility is being expanded to make the experience even more complete.

“Convenient for review collection”
Pros
Collecting and showcasing reviews with it has been really simple. The interface is very user-friendly and sending a review request to a client takes almost no effort. It also connects with a wide range of review sites which makes the whole review process much more convenient for clients.
Cons
I'm not thrilled with the SMS review request setup since it's a bit tricky and depends on using a third-party platform. Another downside is that it sometimes reads customer sentiment as negative when it's actually positive.

Pros
Quite easy to operate and the onboarding team has been incredibly supportive. They've really helped move the implementation along much faster than expected.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues. The feature set is very appealing and I'd love to see even more AI support extended to other platforms like TrustPilot.

“Tidy interface”
Pros
Having everything in one centralized dashboard has been the biggest advantage with Grab Your Reviews, especially with how well it connects to multiple review platforms. It cuts down a lot of manual work since we can track, reply to and review customer feedback from one place. The interface is clean, user-friendly and very user-friendly so getting the team up and running took hardly any time.
Cons
The reporting area still feels a bit limited when it comes to deeper analysis. More advanced filtering and customization would make a big difference, especially when we need more detailed insights like review sentiment across a custom date range or feedback tied to a specific product or service.

“Central hub for reviews”
Pros
Having Google, Facebook, Yelp and other review sources pulled into one dashboard makes it really convenient to manage feedback from multiple sites without jumping between platforms. The review filtering tool is also very useful because it helps catch negative reviews early so issues can be addressed before they end up going public.
Cons
The interface feels pretty basic and not as modern as some competing products although that could still appeal to people who prefer a simpler layout. It also feels like a missed opportunity that AI hasn't been built in since it could be used for things like sentiment analysis, competitor insights or even generating AI-based review summaries.
