“Quick deployment”
Pros
Getting started with it was fast and using it day to day is very simple. When I need to provide assistance, I don't even need to have a user account or the app myself, I can just jump in and give support.
Cons
It would be even better once it becomes compatible with Microsoft HoloLens.
