Pros
Having a clear view of everything in my infrastructure, knowing when licenses expire and having the capacity to run analyses are some of the real strengths of BigFix. It lets me truly manage my devices, from PCs to ATMs and even servers, among others.
Cons
The migration from IBM has caused some confusion and a bit of missing information for those of us who were already using the solution.
