“User-friendly knowledge base”
Pros
The user-friendly interface makes it easy for me to navigate and customers and employees can quickly find information or complete tasks without frustration. It also has a strong knowledge base that stores FAQs, guides, tutorials and troubleshooting articles. I find it well organized and easy to search.
Cons
The pricing could be reviewed, as it is somewhat high and can be difficult for smaller users.
