“Centralized knowledge base wins”
Pros
Having one central knowledge base power both the chatbot replies and the help articles is a big plus. It keeps answers consistent across channels and makes managing content much simpler without worrying about conflicting information.
Cons
It doesn't have a true free version, just trial access. That makes it harder to evaluate it over a longer period without having to commit to a paid plan.

“Tidy UI and quick setup”
Pros
Getting FAQ Bot up and running was very simple and configuring the questions and answers for our company didn't take much effort. The interface is well designed too so new team members can jump in and contribute without much guidance.
Cons
My only real wish is that there were a free version available, just to test the software before committing to a purchase. That said, FAQ Bot is fairly affordable. I'd also still like to see it offer more features over time.

“Efficient and userfriendly”
Pros
After a thorough demo at FAQbot, getting started with the product felt very simple. Once the bot was live on our site, it was really helpful to keep an eye on conversations and quickly update the knowledge base based on the questions people were asking most often. The whole process was simple, efficient and very user-friendly.
Cons
There's barely anything to complain about because this tool has saved us a huge amount of time and has been incredibly useful overall. One improvement I'd suggest is flagging conversations where the 'contact us' form was triggered since a lot of users only wrote things like 'as above' or 'I've already typed it' in the message field. Because that content wasn't emailed through, we had to manually dig through conversation logs or follow up with them directly to find out what they were asking about.
