“Versatile channels in one place”
Pros
Having multiple digital channels and intelligent bots in one platform is a big advantage. The predictive dialer for voice works very well and it's also helpful for managing campaigns through SMS and WhatsApp. The agent interface is excellent and voice quality through WebRTC is clear and reliable.
Cons
It would be better with more APIs for integrations, a more basic IVR setup, additional reporting options and the ability to export data. More documentation would also make the platform easier to work with.

“Packed with call center features”
Pros
From day one it has been reliable, simple to work with and packed with strong call center features. The call quality stays consistently good and it has made handling customer support much more manageable.
Cons
Getting it up and running at the beginning was a little complicated and needed help from technical support to set everything up correctly. Some of the more advanced tools are not especially user-friendly so it takes a while to really learn the system. The interface also feels like it could be more modern and responsive.

“innovative and user-friendly platform”
Pros
The software feels very user friendly and their constant push to improve and innovate really makes customers feel valued. It also gives confidence that there will always be room for the product to keep getting better.
Cons
Queue setup is limited. For example if you have two different queues and want one to take priority for calls while the other works as a secondary option, that currently isn't possible.

“Worth the money”
Pros
It has been very simple to use and definitely feels worth the money. The call quality is reliable and the feature set covers what I need for handling calls efficiently. Call management works well and extras like meeting summaries and note taking make day-to-day work more organized and convenient.
Cons
Overall it delivers strong value for the price and I do not have any major complaints. The only thing I would like to see improved is the look and feel of the interface especially the UI/UX.

“Provides good value”
Pros
Right away it felt like excellent value for the money. The interface is very user-friendly, the call quality is solid and the feature set covers a lot. I also really appreciate the note-taking tools, how well it handles call management and the meeting summaries it provides.
Cons
The built-in CRM could be better especially since it doesn't come with deal management. It works really well for on-premise setups and also in hybrid environments but the ticketing side is still pretty basic.

“Scalable omnichannel platform”
Pros
It stands out for its scalability, modern interface and strong omnichannel capabilities. The platform keeps improving over time, with useful new features and functionality being added regularly. On top of that, the sales team, support staff and even the executives are all very responsive and genuinely helpful.
Cons
Predictive dialer currently doesn't include North American SIT tone detection. That would be a valuable enhancement to have.

“Covers our needs”
Pros
Their platform covers most of what we need and the team stayed proactive throughout the process to really understand our requirements.
Cons
Support for a few older systems and protocols like SOAP/XML and SMPP is still missing which has made integration challenging though they are actively working with us to sort it out.

“satisfied user”
Pros
We've been really satisfied with it overall especially the call recording feature which has been very useful for quality purposes.
Cons
The SMS feature hasn't worked the way we expected though hopefully it can be improved further in the future to better match customer needs.

“All-in-one platform”
Pros
Everything feels much more complete when it comes to services and integrations. Having all the services brought together in one interface is a big step forward compared with the separate voice and omnichannel versions.
Cons
Getting everything configured is not very simple and the documentation could be clearer. For instance, the WhatsApp setup with Meta is not explained well which makes the implementation process harder than it should be.

“Gives agents flexibility”
Pros
Something that really works well is the omnichannel contact center setup. It gives agents the flexibility to move between different channels as needed and they can also take breaks without any hassle.
Cons
There's always room for improvement in any platform but at the moment I don't have anything specific to point out. We're using the custom reporting module and it meets our needs for tailored reports.

“fair pricing and built-in AI”
Pros
What really won me over is how well the AI is built into the platform especially the sentiment analysis feature. That part feels like a real game-changer and the pricing also feels very reasonable for what you get.
Cons
The dashboard on the left side feels a little cramped which leaves agents with limited space to work with the icons.

“Simple to configure”
Pros
Configuration is simple and the platform offers a broad set of features that can be adjusted to match just about any setup, whether it's inbound support, outbound sales or multiple teams handling different roles.
Cons
Reporting works well overall but there's still room for improvement. It comes with plenty of built-in reports that cover most needs though the options for customizing those reports are somewhat limited.

“Feature-packed contact centre suite”
Pros
The contact centre functionality is incredibly comprehensive, pretty much every feature you can think of seems to be included.
Cons
Navigation could be made a bit simpler to make the system more user-friendly.
