“easy integration”
Pros
Getting this up and running was very easy. It fit into my site without any trouble and I was able to launch a knowledge base quickly without dealing with extra hassle.
Cons
There are only a couple of minor bugs. Sometimes an uploaded image does not show up and every now and then the chat icon disappears. Aside from those small issues, there is not much else to mention.
