“Offering more than just a survey with creative thinking
Pros
The system lets us go through call comments and figure out what is working for our company and what is not. Plus the customer support is great too.
Cons
I cannot think of many cons. They offer live support 24/7. Sometimes there is a lack of communication between teams but it is definitely improved over the past year.

Pros
It gives real time insights into concerns and areas to address across operations. Also it is a great way to stay in touch and improve our relation with guests.
Cons
Honestly I do not dislike anything about it. As it adapts to your needs in many different ways whether it is charts, percentages or graphs.
