Pros

One of the biggest advantages is how customizable this software is. If there's a report or feature you need and it isn't already built in, they're willing to develop it specifically for you. The pricing is also a strong point, there are no upfront setup costs and the monthly fees are low compared with other systems. Since it's web-based, it's very convenient for the whole team. Employees can access, update and print what they need from the system whether they're traveling or out on sales calls.

Cons

A downside is the split between the front end and back end. It would be much better if all features were available within a single platform because switching between them can be confusing especially when training new users. The user screens also feel somewhat restrictive and when space is tight it can be frustrating to scroll to the right to see everything.
