“Powerful and user-friendly interface”
Pros
Using it has been very simple for me and the interface feels easy to use while still being powerful.
Cons
I do wish it offered more project management and team collaboration features though I understand its real strength is as a ticketing system.

“Support is nearly unreachable”
Pros
Honestly, I can't think of any positives to mention.
Cons
My biggest issue was the lack of support and when help was needed, it was almost impossible to get in touch with someone directly.

“Fast, responsive client support”
Pros
This tool gives us a direct and focused way to reach clients and respond to the issues they run into right away. Jitbit Helpdesk is very proactive and quick when it comes to resolving issues as they come up.
Cons
We haven't faced any issues with it.

“Fantastic option for ticketing”
Pros
Users can send in tickets however works best for them, whether that's through the web portal, the app or email. Keeping up with ticket status and updates is very simple and it's simple to add custom fields, categories and different ticket types when needed. The SAML SSO integration is also a big plus.
Cons
I don't really have any complaints about this product. It handles everything we need without being overloaded with extra features we'd never use and I think that also helps keep the pricing reasonable.

“Excellent workload visibility”
Pros
Right away, it gives a clear picture of the current workload for each team member. It also organizes the workflow efficiently and makes communication with other departments much faster. The email integration is especially convenient because it lets you reply to tickets directly by email. I also really appreciated the Trello integration. Another very useful feature is the real-time alert showing when someone else is viewing a ticket or typing a reply such as the notice that user X is also looking at the ticket and responding.
Cons
I haven't noticed any structural issues overall. The only drawback is in the mobile version, where the search function is missing and the layout is not arranged like the desktop version so that part could definitely be improved.

“huge range of features”
Pros
This feels like an enterprise-level helpdesk app with a huge range of features. The automation module is the part I really appreciate most since we rely on it to handle our SLA rules and send automatic notifications.
Cons
It doesn't include built-in Facebook messaging support although we were able to work around that by connecting through the API. Aside from that, everything has been fine.

“flawless SAML sign-on”
Pros
Getting SAML single sign-on working with Active Directory has been flawless. We connected both ICT and Facilities without any issues.
Cons
It's missing integration with Microsoft Flow.

“Keeps our knowledge base organized”
Pros
It lets us manage our helpdesk exactly the way we need to, keep our knowledge base organized and everything runs flawlessly. Our customers are happy with it so overall it's been a really valuable helpdesk platform for us.
Cons
The app is the weak point. It really should be removed from the app stores if it can't actually be used because it creates a poor impression of the company. In our case, we've basically stopped thinking of Jitbit as a product that even has an app.

“Smart automation for support”
Pros
It has completely changed how our maintenance team manages support email. It automatically routes tickets to the right agents, sends replies to common questions on its own and keeps a lot of the routine work moving without much effort. The asset tracking feature is a really useful bonus as well.
Cons
Some parts of the app still run on jQuery and haven't been migrated to Vue yet.

“Top-tier UI design”
Pros
Email-to-ticket integration works flawlessly and the part we appreciate most is the UI design. It stays clean and uncluttered without being overloaded with endless checkboxes and extra elements.
Cons
The live chat is a bit buggy on mobile although the team did suggest a workaround.
