Pros

Getting started with it is simple and it even offers a free plan that lets you embed a widget on your website. The free version does come with limited usage though so if you want access to all the features and full functionality, you'll need to upgrade.

Cons

There is not really a major downside but the widget's interface can feel a little outdated visually. Once you move to a paid plan, you do get more customization options to choose from.

Pros

It is very affordable and takes only a few lines of HTML and JS so implementation is quick. It also works across a lot of different review platforms. On top of that, it includes GDPR support and can collect its own reviews which means there's no need to add extra custom plugins.

Cons

Not all colors can be customized to fully match a website's color scheme. Support also tends to respond slowly although they do handle things properly in the end.

Within a few minutes, I had it up and running and it actually does what it promises, no messing around with extra widgets or complicated data-collection tricks.

Cons

It can use a bit more screen space than I'd prefer although that seems like something that can probably be adjusted in the settings.
