“Handy remote access feature”

Pros

Having remote desktop access available is definitely a big plus and makes the software more useful.

Cons

At the moment, the remote printing feature doesn't seem to be working.

“Reasonably priced”

Pros

One of the best things about it is the pricing for commercial use which is very reasonable especially considering how secure and feature-rich the remote access tools are. The Android app is also a big plus since it lets you view and control a desktop from a mobile device. It even works on Linux through Wine and I appreciate that there's no need to know the target IP address to connect. File transfer is useful too, with bi-directional copy and move support. Another feature I really value is the demonstration mode which includes screen sharing and recording. On top of that, the security is solid, with data transferred in compressed and encrypted form using a 2048-bit RSA signature key and a 256-bit AES session key.

Cons

There are still a few downsides. The program can stop working if you try to rename the EXE file which is frustrating. The interface and some remote management actions can also feel a little slow at times. On top of that, the setup can be fairly complicated for less experienced users.

“Impressive functionality”

Pros

The functionality is impressive and the fact that it works across multiple platforms makes it even more useful. Security is another strong point and the pricing feels very reasonable for what it offers.

Cons

Response time from the noip server to the user could be better. There's also a noticeable delay when moving the mouse and switching between frames in the mobile version especially when the application is closed on the computer and that isn't shown on the phone.
