“Lets you build dialogs quickly”
Pros
Getting started with it is simple and it lets you build dialogs and workflows very quickly. It also comes with a broad set of features so even more complex use cases can be created especially if you're comfortable with drag-and-drop style programming.
Cons
Text formatting options like bullet points, fonts and similar design elements feel a bit limited, mainly because of compatibility requirements with common messaging platforms.

Creating new dialogues is very simple and the company's customer service has been exceptionally good.

The implementation in native apps isn't ideal especially when it comes to visualization.
