“ATS and Teams integration wins”

Pros

Being able to use it with my ATS and Microsoft Teams has been a big plus. I can create scheduling links for candidates quickly and easily which makes setting up interviews much more convenient.

Cons

The only problem I've run into is that it automatically defaults to Teams meetings and doesn't let me switch it. That ended up causing some confusion for candidates.
