Pros

Using a tool that handles bulk actions has been a huge time-saver for me especially when posting updates, changing opening hours and taking care of similar tasks. The review feature also includes smart templates which makes replying to reviews both quick and efficient.

Cons

Since the platform is still fairly new, it does not yet include every feature I would like to have. That said the company is agile, listens to user feedback and keeps improving the product based on what users ask for.
