Loved it!

Pros

It is great because it is quick, easy to use for both customers and admins and has a clean design. The way it displays data is simple and also we find it easy to learn. Plus it integrates with various communication channels making it even more suitable.

Cons

I cannot think of anything I dislike about it. Compared to other similar services I have used, this one is entirely different for this industry as it is innovative, new and really stands out.

Proven highly helpful for me

Pros

The AI Chatbot is really helpful, offering customer support at a fraction of the cost. Also it is easy to use and the Moveo team is always available to assist and guide us, providing support 24/7.

Cons

It takes some time to understand how to build conversations but it is definitely worth the effort. And once we get the hang of it, we can even create really complex and effective conversations.

Love how human-like and simple the product is to use

Pros

Not only is it easy to use but it also performs excellently. And the conversations feel natural and human-like making our interactions smooth and engaging.

Cons

Well I wish there was a voice option in addition to the chat feature.

Essential AI chatbot for businesses

Pros

Setting it up is fast and going live is petty easy with it too. Plus its self-learning features are impressive, constantly getting better. It connects to platforms like Facebook Messenger and Viber, delivering responses through text, images, videos and carousels making it very engaging. Also it integrates well with our systems and offers excellent customer support.

Cons

Everything was quick and easy which are the most important factors. The only challenge was calculating the number of sessions we would need.

Valuable 24/7 support agent

Pros

The Moveo AI Chatbot is fantastic because it can replace a customer support agent at just 1/10 of the cost. And the best thing to me is that if you do not have a website you can still take orders for your online store via any social media platform.

Cons

Building the conversation for the AI chatbot takes some time but that is totally fine I guess because it gives you the flexibility to create really complex ones.

Also the platform's scalability is impressive as we have successfully deployed it across 125 Greek Consulates worldwide without any issues.

Cons

Outperforms human understanding of customers

Pros

Its self-learning ability is amazing as it automatically suggests and organizes new question categories saving our team a lot of time. The customer support automation is impressive and with these features, the Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs has been able to efficiently support citizens worldwide while gaining valuable insights into their concerns.

Pros

This is a complete and easy to implement solution for generating leads directly from our website. Overall I would say it is great tool.

Cons
