Pros

With a small HR team of three and just one recruiter handling everything from talent coordination to candidate communication, this tool has been extremely effective for us. We use it to schedule all kinds of interviews and our bot has become a key part of our HR and talent acquisition process.

Cons

It does take a bit of time to get familiar with the platform and fully set everything up before it's running properly.
