Pros

Our team needed something that could sit on top of OneNote and handle searches for the people using it and they really paid attention to those requirements when building the solution. They've been receptive to ideas and questions, have taken the time to meet directly with front-end users and have stayed proactive in looking for ways to keep improving the tool.

Cons

At this point, we haven't run into anything that stands out as a drawback or something we dislike.
