Pros

Right from the start, the AI has been one of my favorite parts because it guides you through each step of your projects. It also helps keep your writing appropriate for the person or group you're writing to or for. Another big plus is the wide range of AI models available and they really do give you access to some of the best options out there.

Cons

the lowest-priced plan doesn't give you much access to pictures, videos or messages over time. To get a more reasonable amount, you're looking at paying close to $40 a month. If your budget is tight, a cheaper alternative might make more sense.

Pros

It has a very user-friendly interface that helps me manage my work and customer conversations without any hassle. The layout makes handling chats simple and the overall presentation of the chat process works really well for me.

Cons

The workflow suits me well, my system handles it without any issues and honestly everything has been fine.
