“Clear case visibility”
Pros
Getting started with it was simple. Everyone on the internal team can clearly follow the ongoing conversation and workflow around external support cases which makes collaboration much better. We also really appreciate the internal notes feature.
Cons
We haven't run into any issues with it. It works perfectly for our needs and performs much better than other similar software we've used.
