“Awesome communication features”

Pros

Keeping team conversations going is simple with its solid communication features and chat tools.

Cons

It still needs more feature development and better accessibility overall.

“Well-rounded product”

Pros

It has been a really solid product for me over the past six months and I've ended up recommending it to quite a few people because of its quality and overall performance. It's a good software solution, simple to use and it feels high-quality and well-rounded. Everything about it comes across as simple, practical and very promising.

Cons

Bringing in contacts from other platforms can be a bit of a hassle at times. Connecting it with my Telegram account was also quite slow and finding old chat history isn't always very convenient.

“Quality communication all around”

Pros

The communication quality has been really good and the whole experience feels simple and convenient to use.

Cons

The overall appearance can be improved since it still feels like the design could use some work.

“All-in-one system”

Pros

You really delivered on the idea of having everything in a single app and I'm genuinely thrilled with it. It has made my work-from-home setup much more simple and convenient.

Cons

One thing missing was Viber which is widely used in the Philippines and Line which is popular across Southeast Asia.

“All chats in one place”

Pros

Instead of juggling a bunch of separate messaging apps, it lets you bring them together and manage everything from a single place.

Cons

standalone official apps like WhatsApp or Signal may feel a bit more trustworthy to some users but in the end you can simply use whichever option you prefer.

“Fast and stable messaging hub”

Pros

Right away, adding new accounts feels very simple. It supports a wide range of social networking and chat apps and all the built-in features you'd expect are there in One Chat like sending and saving files, audio and more. At least on Mac, it loads quickly and has been very stable.

Cons

At times, new message notifications don't show up. That means the app icon may not display anything to let you know a new message has arrived. On top of that, after opening one message, there isn't a clear enough indicator that another unread message is waiting in a different service.

“Missing Teams and Skype support”

Pros

Being able to add multiple accounts from the same chat service is definitely useful.

Cons

The dealbreaker here is that Microsoft Teams chat and Skype for Business still aren't supported which is why I wouldn't buy it.

“Saves time and space”

Pros

Having everything in a single app really helps especially since it brings together some of the strongest social media marketing tools in one place. It saves space, cuts down on time and helps me manage customers more efficiently.

Cons

I haven't come across anything I dislike yet. Everything has been working well for me so far.

“Centralized solution”

Pros

Having all the messengers I use gathered into one app is a huge plus. Most of the time it runs reliably without any problems. The support team is also very courteous and responds quickly which I really appreciate.

Cons

A few of the messengers make me log in again every single time I open the software and when that happens, none of the earlier chat history is there. That really takes away from the whole point of using it. On top of that, a new update came out while I already had a support ticket open about bugs but there was no clear way to know the update even existed. It wasn't listed on the website, nothing appeared inside the app and the app store version seems to be about two years behind and missing several newer releases.

“Handy scheduling”

Pros

Message scheduling is fantastic and having all my messaging apps gathered in one place is really convenient.

Cons

Moving between services feels complex. I was expecting to jump back and forth with Cmd + 1 2 3 but it only supports switching through the Touch Bar. Since I use a custom Touch Bar app with an external keyboard and mouse setup, that workflow feels pretty unuser-friendly.

“Comprehensive chat solution”

Pros

Having all of my messenger apps combined into a single chat space is really convenient.

Cons

Honestly, everything about it feels well done, the design, the layout and how the apps are put together all look very nice.

“One app for messaging”

Pros

Brings together all my instant messaging in one app across so many different platforms.

Cons

Nothing major comes to mind. Every now and then it asks me to sign in again using the QR code on my phone but that seems pretty common with software now for online privacy and security.

“Simple setup”

Pros

Getting everything set up was simple and it lets me keep all of my social accounts together in one place which is really convenient.

Cons

The interface doesn't feel very polished or professional right now and I'd love to see a more attractive visual design.

“Useful features”

Pros

Bringing multiple messaging services together works well here and having support for stickers, GIFs and audio files is a real advantage. A lot of other all-in-one messenger apps don't include those features so this makes the experience more complete.

Cons

ability to rename the first messaging service added as account #1. It would also be much better if the app let users rearrange the service list manually like putting WhatsApp or Telegram in a preferred order. On top of that, the icon in the top status bar seems buggy since it's technically there but not actually visible.

“Logical interface”

Pros

Everything is organized in a very simple interface and it's really easy to move around all my chat apps in one place, except for one.

Cons

The only thing missing for me is Signal and I'm hoping it gets added later. It's also a bit frustrating that I can't start encrypted chats in Telegram although that may just be a Telegram limitation on desktop and only available on phones.

“Convenient for managing conversations”

Pros

It brings a lot of app chats together in one place which makes it very convenient to manage conversations. The interface is also simple to understand and use.

Cons

The performance could be better because it feels a bit slow at times and it still doesn't support Zalo chat.

“Keeps me connected across different platforms”

Pros

Using several messengers at once is exactly where this app shines. It lets me stay connected across different platforms in one place and the interface is quick, simple and convenient to use. I'm also running it on my iPad now and it feels just as simple and responsive as it does on macOS.

Cons

I haven't come across any real downsides with this app. If anything, I'd just love to see an iPhone version so everything could stay synced across all devices, along with a few more interface style options.
