“It keeps evolving”

Pros

The interface is simple to navigate which makes using it very comfortable. Support is also quick to respond through the ticket system whenever issues come up. On top of that, the product keeps evolving with consistent and innovative development.

Cons

Honestly, I'm struggling to find anything negative to say about Orchestry at this point.

It gives businesses the information they need and it presents it in a clear, digestible way with recommendations that are actually useful and actionable.

Cons

Nothing specific comes to mind. The only hurdle at first was understanding exactly what it was but once I started using it, I was very satisfied.

“Solves real customer challenges”

Pros

It addresses a lot of the challenges our customers are dealing with which makes it a very valuable solution.

Cons

Nothing specific comes to mind that I dislike. It might make more sense to ask the customers who actively use the software for deeper feedback.

“M365 management made simple”

Pros

Managing Microsoft 365 feels much more user-friendly with Orchestry in place. It does a really good job of keeping Teams and SharePoint from getting out of control by using prebuilt templates, automated approval workflows and intelligent lifecycle policies. IT gets the oversight it needs, while end users still have a simple self-service experience which helps productivity and keeps the M365 environment organized, secure and efficient. Huge thanks to the Orchestry team.

Cons

It can feel a bit expensive especially for smaller organizations. The value is definitely there but the pricing could still be a concern for some companies.

“Impressive feature set”

Pros

the feature set and functionality of this product stood out to me and the installation and setup were very simple. It fits really well into the Microsoft 365 stack and gives us a strong set of tools for managing content and keeping everything organized.

Cons

The only real downside would be the cost but depending on the type of customer, it often makes financial sense in a lot of different situations. Because of that, it was fairly understandable and manageable to justify as a business expense.

“Protects customers through guest lifecycle management”

Pros

It really helps us get more out of Microsoft 365 collaboration. It makes it much simpler for customers to see real value from Teams and SharePoint especially with the automated site templates. It also does a solid job of protecting customers through guest lifecycle management and helps keep workspaces more organized and cleaned up.

Cons

Web parts included with Orchestry are quite good overall but a few areas still feel a bit rough and I'd like to see more configuration options.

“Extremely flexible”

Pros

It gives users plenty of flexibility without sacrificing IT governance and control which is a really valuable balance to have.

Cons

The last time I checked, it still seemed to be missing some features related to MSP needs.

“Appreciate the health checks”

Pros

One of the best parts is the health checks since they give a clear, automated way to evaluate governance, security and the overall condition of a Microsoft 365 environment especially across tools like Teams, SharePoint and the Power Platform.

Cons

It can still be challenging for smaller organizations or teams that don't have much technical expertise. In setups with lighter governance requirements, it may also feel more complex than necessary.
