“great free ticketing platform”
Pros
We've been using OTOBO for quite a while now and it still surprises us how many features it includes. The OTOBO ticketing system is completely free although it does need to be installed on a server. Another big advantage is that you can register an unlimited number of agents.
Cons
Because it comes with such an extensive range of features, it can feel a bit overwhelming at the beginning.
