Pros

Their daily emails with chart updates are easily my favorite part and the newer image studio has been really useful for putting together assets for my media kit. The pricing also feels very fair for what they offer. There's no way I could realistically stay on top of all this data by myself without losing too much time that should be spent on actually hosting the podcast.

Cons

Don't have anything bad to point out. It's a pretty easy service at a reasonable price and if you're serious about your podcast, it saves a huge amount of time.
