Pros

After looking around for something that would work well with Salesforce, it turned out to be the best fit for us. We're able to launch projects automatically when opportunities close, assign tasks to the appropriate team members and keep the whole company informed about progress and any blockers. It really helped us tighten up our onboarding process and highlighted the areas where we still needed to improve.

Cons

At times, the platform feels a bit complex and isn't always the most user-friendly to use.
