Pros
Getting everything up and running was very simple and managing it day to day was just as simple.
Cons
I wish it had a separate inbox for each organizer or team member sending texts because right now every reply is visible to the whole team.

Seeing how agile this chatbot software is, our time to market dropped dramatically from taking months to just a few days.
Cons
I honestly haven't run into any problems with the software. If anything, I only wish I had discovered this team much sooner!
